What You Will Cover:

Habits 1-3: The Habits of the Private Victory®:  In the first three habits, you’ll build your “Character” by focusing on leading and managing yourself.  Specifically, you will learn to:

  • Accept full responsibility for your choices, moods, actions and outcomes
  • Set goals that align with your unique mission and purpose
  • Learn how to execute those goals by staying focused on what is most important, not just most urgent

Habits 4-6: The Habits of the Public Victory®:  In the next three habits, you’ll develop your ability to have long-term, effective relationships. Specifically, you will learn to:

  • Adopt the mindset of mutual abundance in every encounter
  • Communicate effectively with others by listening and advocating with empathy and respect
  • Solve problems synergistically to arrive at newer, more creative solutions

 Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw®:  In this habit, you will develop your capacity for renewal and continuous growth.  Specifically you will learn to:

  • Understand the connection between self-renewal and mastery of the other six habits
  • Increase motivation, energy, and work/life balance by making time for renewing activities
